This program offers social connection for people in grief while engaging in the self-care practice of walking in nature. The first evening is for information and registration at the Apricot Tree Café, 1900 Dundas Street W., Unit 10 & 19, Mississauga, ON L5K 1P9. The following evenings will include a one-hour walk beginning at Erindale Park and following along the Credit River. The walk will conclude with an opportunity to socialize over coffee at the Apricot Tree Café.
