Grief 101 Educational Session (2-hour session) Choose one of three dates.

1. Jan. 26, 6:30pm - 8:30pm OR;
2. April 20, 6:30pm - 8:30pm OR;
3. July 14, 10am – noon.

Are you currently grieving the death of a loved one? In your personal or professional life do you know someone who is grieving? Does the experience of grief feel confusing and chaotic?

This 2-hour education workshop will explore common themes in grief that can serve as a road map for the grief process.

Participants will learn coping strategies for this normal, natural and necessary part of life. An introduction to other Heart House programs will be provided
