Nature, in all its forms, gives valuable perspective about life and death. In this presentation, Sonya and Jennell will share lessons learned from a multi-year program of collaborative, community-engaged research alongside Alberta Parks, examining the place of parks and nature at end of life. They will be sharing their rich discoveries, the documentary “Peace in the Park” and breathtaking stories, to shine the light on ways to simply and beautifully integrate park connections for those at end of life and yourself.
