Limited mobility on behalf of many clients means some care giving involves trips for medical care, shopping and just plain getting out. Key constituencies of this investment are the thousands of kilometers generated by the staff and trained volunteers to be able to service the hundreds of clients in a year.
Specifics and benifits of this investment package:
- Heart House Transportation: Client transportation to and from the Heart House Day Program and Bereavement Group Support Program.
- Staff / Volunteer Reimbursement Plan: Funding for year-long client coverage driving to and from the client’s home.
- Community Transportation Networking: Coordination of available community services.
Package Pricing
To fulfill all of the above we have different "purchase prices" for each donor. This flexibility lets you know how together we are making a difference. One investment opportunity starts at $200/month.
