Conversation Cafe
(3rd Tuesday of each month at Heart House Hospice, 10 am - 11:30 am)

Something new this Fall. These cafes will provide hospice volunteers with a monthly, informal opportunity to come together and have
conversations with their peers. Please note: these sessions are for registered volunteers only. Topics will include:
- Sharing stories about volunteering
- Getting advice on current client challenges
- Hospice palliative care in the media
- Hot topics in palliative care
- Relevant scholarly articles

Our Volunteers
Our Volunteers are the Heart of Heart House. They are very special, like-minded,
caring and compassionate people. They are people who believe in giving whether it
be their time, counsel, hands-on care or financial donation.
We provide our volunteers with a privileged and rewarding opportunity to be part
