Our Vision
Our vision is simple and unwavering. It is to make a meaningful difference to someone's
end-of-life experience.
We want to become devoted, compassionate, supportive companions for clients at their
end-of-life and to their loved ones, even after the end-of-life. We want to provide
our service in the client's home, surrounded by their loved ones.
Our services are made possible by our team of professional, highly trained, caring
staff and volunteers. They start with an in-depth visit to evaluate all aspects
of a client's needs, with a comprehensive analysis of the challenges they now face.
A complete individualized plan is developed based on the client's priorities pain
management; transportation and family legacy issues that are then matched with
the most appropriate services.
Working day in and day out our staff and volunteers provide 52 weeks of emotional,
spiritual and practical physical companionship. They attend to the client's non-medical
and respite needs during their end-of-life experience, and the needs of their loved
ones during bereavement.
