Heart House serves the communities of Mississauga and Brampton. The communities, where for many of us, we work, live and play. We rely on the individuals and the organizations in the community for their involvement, support and financial contributions. It is with this help that we are able to provide in-house services to over 1000 terminally-ill clients and the people who love them each year.
