Are You Up For a Challenge?
Day in and day out Heart House Hospice clients and their families face many challenges as they navigate through the news of terminal illness.  Our staff and volunteers provide customized and compassionate support throughout the process to over 1,000 clients annually and the need for our programs are increasing.  This is where you come in.

The Challenge
Heart House Hospice participates in an annual national event called Hike for Hospice in conjunction with Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association.  We are asking you to consider being a Team Leader for this local event and recruit 9 of your best friends, colleagues and family to join you to raise pledges that support hospice palliative care in your community.  We have raised the bar high this year with a target of 20 teams of 10 with each team raising $2,000 for Heart House Hospice.  Needless to say, we cannot succeed in reaching our goal without you.

How Can I Get Started?
Print out the registration form and pledge sheet below and share with your team.  You can fax your registration form to Lisa Hoekstra at 905-712-4029 or register online at the link below.
