How You Can Help

At the heart of Heart House approximately 1200 clients and thousands of family members are provided with the highest-quality, end-of-life support.

95% of Canadians say they want to die at home but 75% die in a hospital or other institution. We want to change that.

Since 1985 we have provided in home programs to tens of thousands of terminally-ill clients and their loved ones.

To do this we provide two things:

We provide Our Volunteers with a privileged and rewarding opportunity to be part of a heart-touching experience during a person's end-of-life journey.
We provide the Donor Community the opportunity to discover the joy of giving through their contributions and investments.
