Community Champions

“Champions are made from something they have deep inside of them a desire, a dream, a vision.”

-Mahatma Gandhi

Community Champions play a vital role in the vitality of Heart House Hospice. They include philanthropic individuals, foundations, and corporations. They host special events on our behalf, they adopt our charity for a year or beyond, they provide grants to specific projects and programs. They make all the difference in the success of making a meaningful difference in someone’s end of life experience.

If you are interested in becoming a Community Champion please contact Lisa Hoekstra for more details.
